Terms of Service

What ApplyVia does

ApplyVia helps you find jobs that fit you and prepares your applications. It asks you first when it is not sure, and you check and send each application yourself. ApplyVia does not guarantee interviews, offers or any job outcome.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• One account is for one person. Do not share or resell access.

Plans and payment

• Every account starts on the Free plan, which has a small daily allowance. Paid plans (Starter, Plus, Pro) raise the daily allowance. Current plans and prices are on the Pricing page.
• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) per month. Payments are processed by Razorpay; ApplyVia never sees or stores your card or bank details.
• A paid plan renews every month until you cancel. You authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method when you subscribe.
• You can cancel renewal at any time from the Pricing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and are not charged again.
• If a renewal payment fails, your plan may move to Free once the paid period ends.
• We may change prices or plan limits. A change to the price of a plan you already pay for applies from your next renewal after we tell you.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Using ApplyVia responsibly

• You are responsible for the content of every application you send. Check that it is accurate and truthful; AI-prepared answers are drafts and can be wrong or incomplete.
• Job sites such as LinkedIn and Naukri have their own terms, and some restrict automated tools. You are responsible for how you use ApplyVia on those sites and for any action they take on your account. ApplyVia is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn or Naukri.
• Do not use ApplyVia to break the law, submit false information, harass others, attempt to bypass limits, or interfere with the service or other users.

Your data

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of the information you provide. You give us permission to process it to run ApplyVia for you.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep ApplyVia available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, pause or remove features, for example to keep the service safe or to follow the rules of third-party sites.

Ending your use

You can stop using ApplyVia at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue after the end of use (such as liability limits) continue to apply.

Limits of liability

ApplyVia is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost opportunities, lost income, actions taken by third-party sites against your accounts, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to ApplyVia is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the product or by email. Continuing to use ApplyVia after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
